Track Your Progress December 14, 2012

Taking progress pictures and keeping food and workout logs is something that is very hard to do and keep track of BUT is something that will help you in the long run way more than you would think! I highly recommend doing all of this ESPECIALLY taking pictures! I have taken pictures through out my journey and am so thankful that I did! I look back at my early photos and it just continually motivates me to keep going! I have not been as good on the food and workout logs and that is something I am going to work on because it is just so important to be able to really see your progress on paper!

Like I said…I know it is HARD to want to take pictures when you don’t like what you see, but you will be so happy that you did because it is such a great feeling to look and compare your pictures and SEE your progress!!! I want to challenge you to keep track!
